Jimmy's Story
The morning traffic is moving slowly along Hwy #1 as I head out to see my horse. Relaxing into thought about the many years I have been doing this drive I once again feel the chills running through me. These chills are actually goose bumps and for me and this is a sign that some interesting and creative thoughts are coming my way. I first experienced this rush of energy when I would think back about the days Jimmy and I spent together learning healing techniques that would bring him back to good health. Ultimately these thoughts transended into the development of the most exciting endeavor of my life which was to create a natural healing and therapeutic business. We have come a long way. Jacob's Journey, A Story Of Inspiration

Not only is this my horse's name but our experiences have been journey's themselves. This particular journey started in March when Jacob fell through a bridge up at Cultas Lake. His right hind canon bone, ligaments and tendons were crushed. The good news, he was able to bear weight quite well. Thus the journey began. Time is the true healer of all things and this can be a test on ones patience. I am a person who feels that I have to do something to help. I am fortunate to have a wonderful, respectful relationship with Jacob. Together we have over 600 endurance event miles together and have travelled 1000's more in the back country. Read more...
Food For Thought
This past summer of 2007, I was sorting through an accumulation of “horse stuff” that I had been collecting for several years. Anyone that has ever owned a horse knows how tedious of a task this can be. I came across three bottles of a horse massage liniment that I had bought but had never used. I decided to take them out to the barn and use them up as there was no expiry on the bottles.
