Voice For The Horse is challenging other Equine Specialists in their field to help support horses at risk that go in for care and rehabilitation in equine care facilities (horse rescue centers) or your local SPCA or ASPCA that contributes to their fostering and care. Our challenge to you is that you contribute a minimal dollar amount or a gift in kind of equal value of your product or service to your choice of rescue center for horses.
Your contribution may come in many different ways; it may come from teaching a workshop or clinic, doing massage or other therapeutic equine work which includes all of our veterinarians and equine health care practitioners, to horse training fees and farriar work, horse hauling or stabling for horses, the list is endless. VFTH is challenging fellow equine partners in the equestrian industy that know what needs to be done for horses that come in for care and need of rehabilitation. There are many success stories that come with this work and yes we lose some too. But the effort we put forth even when we know we can not save them all, reminds us why it is we do what we do.
In return for your good deed you will receive recognition for one full year on the Equine Practitioner and Trainers Challenge Participants page of our web site! VFTH will also feature the foundation or society you have supported on the Equine Care and Rehabilitation Centers page of our web site which offers them extra exposure for all the hard work they put into helping and re-homing horses when they are ready to go.
It is our hope that viewers of our web site will contribute as well once the awareness is out there that these horses may just be outside their back door! We have another winter coming up just around the corner so please consider joining up with us to help make this difference for the horses that will no doubt show up and be in need of special care. We look forward to helping more horses with your support by giving them a second chance for a good life that they are ALL deserving of.
