VFTH could not have come as far as we have today without a very special person who has sacrificed much of their own time and energy that came through many different ways. From being there when we have had to relocate  Angel and Mischief to ensuring the properties were in tip top shape for horses, which included tasks such as fencing, building shelters, purchasing and delivering hay for the upcoming winter 2010/2010, this is just the beginning of the list of contributions this person has made. In the spring of 2008 Vernon Groetchen met Angel and was captivated by her energy and presence. He spent a lot of time with her; gentling her and getting her used of the human touch which was not a familiar thing to her. Over the past couple of years their bond has grown immensely and even with Mischief too. Horses never forget who have been there for them, certainly these two do not.
