Upton is a Writer-Editor, Workshop Facilitator, Publicist and Dream Chaser. Her writing has appeared in numerous newspapers, magazines and anthologies, including the Vancouver Sun, Coast Reporter, Cup of Comfort Cookbook series, Change Agent, American Journal of Trauma and Family Caregiver News.
